"If you gonna have a unit available you should know in advance, don't tell people to submit an application that something will be available soon, when you check back they told you they don't have nothing available after making you submit a bunch of paperwork, plus the background check fee."
"DO NOT RENT this place management is rude as F.....they are nice with you when it come to pay deposit and become tenants...she treat people very bad ...I pay my rent on the 8/4 at night after work in the drop off and the manager send me a notice on the 8/7 that I should leave the property on the 8/10 ..I think and still have my one month deposit !!!!!!when u need maintenance they will tell send them after two weeks ! I have never seen a manager like this before She is so mean anytime I have to discuss any issue"
"I find the apartment adequate and comfortable. I don't know what racing in the parking lot(s) the preceding reviewer is speaking about. The way the lot(s) are made you can't race in them they are small narrow one way in one way out. Two cars can't fit side by side to race in any parking lot on this property. I personally haven't experienced any "ghetto neighbors" whatever that means. No one in particular stands out as disruptive or "ghetto". Reading some of the other reviews I do agree the apartments have roaches but I find if I keep my home in general, kitchen and dishwasher clean, dish, and debris free I rarely ever see a roach (but this is just my personal experience). I loved the idea of having a ground level patio but that was ruined by the constant stench of dog urine and feces. Dogs are not allowed at this property however, several residents have a dog or some dogs. Even though there are several dogs residing on the property I find it reasonably quite. It is said that some of the apartments have bedbugs. My fiance says that he has spotted one or two in the hallway. My unit however doesn't seem to have an outbreak. Every weekend we evaluate our bedding and box spring and the chair in my room for signs of bedbugs after being told of bedbugs on the property. Parking is a huge pain but to management's credit cars have been towed which I assume belong to people who don't live on the property. The rental office does not offer package delivery drop-off so I have had packages stolen. Reviews state, "the lady in the office is rude". If these people are referring to Bonnie I have never had the experience of her being rude to me but then I always approach her with the same respect I expect. I don't like that the laundry card can only be loaded during office hours as I work past that time and the office is closed on weekends. A pool is advertised but I'm unsure of it's status meaning if it is operational I moved there in late fall almost winter. The place is what it is. If you want more than what is advertised then keep looking. Anytime you have an apartment situation it's a roll of the dice. Always carry renters insurance to cover any accidental things that may or may not be the fault of the owner but that happens on the property. Management can't police the property or it's residents 24/7. Anywhere you go they will rely on residents being clean, respectful, responsible and mature and anywhere you go some are and some are not. Hope this review helps provide a clear realistic picture for someone. READ THE LEASE, QUESTION THE LEASE, UNDERSTAND THE LEASE BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE."
"So I'll start with a Pros... I stayed here a few years back and the apartment was absolutely perfect. Bug-free and in a really nice neighborhood. I was given a second floor apartment with a rear facing balcony. Now here comes the cons... I frequently have problems with deliveries because that's how the apartment buildings are labeled. I want to have a delivery up to Giant rolls rugs delivered to the building with the same number. Those were never found. My biggest problem of course was The Madam that stayed downstairs for me. She constantly complains of us making lots of noise and jumping over her head. When I spoke to the people in the office they explain to me that she had been there for over 20 years and usually people don't stay long above her. That should have told him something but... Whatever. So anyway she would be something on the roof which is my floor starting at 5 a.m. everyday. Eventually it stressed me out so much that I lost sleep and I lost my job. I eventually got a legal break from the apartment.. as much as I miss that giant closet I do not miss the amount of stress I had to endure with some older sad woman who clearly has nothing else to do with her life. P. S. : in case your thinking " was she really making all of that noise?β there were a number of times where we would be in the living room watching a movie and she would be something the floor in my room. Literally moments later I would get a call from the office stating that the lady below us was saying that we are screaming when we were watching at TV not even halfway volume."
"Don't move here. I was charged a late fee for paying my rent on the 6th of the month when the 5th was on a Sunday and the office was not open. My rent was in the mailbox at 630am and she said that as long as the rent is there before the office opens it would be fine (office opened at 8). Also, I made a maintenance request and I had to call the office 5 times before the maintenance guy finally came 3 weeks later to fix my shower and look at the wet spot on my ceiling. They painted over the spot but if it leaks through again I will put my rent into escrow. I can't wait until my lease is over. Also, they charge an extra $10 for someone to spray our apartments for bugs and they don't even spray every month. Edited: Another reason to not move to their complex is that they have an exterminator come every month and if you refuse to let them come in they threaten you with a $50 fine. They are extremely invasive for exterminators who are supposed to simply spray your cabinets and bait your kitchen and bathroom. Last month I left a note on my door for them to not come into my home and they came in ANYWAY. Then I get a nasty letter from the landlord that stated that I had dishes in my sink and that is unacceptable. If you want a landlord who literally sends people into your home every month against your wishes then this is the place for you. I even re-read my lease and it does not say that this is a requirement and that you can be fined (even though you are ALREADY paying an addition $10 a month for them to spray) if you do not allow them in. And as they are in your apartment they make a report to give back to the landlord. This place is terrible and if you absolutely have no where to go then have at it. But anyone with some sense and other options don't move here. They are in violation of several landlord-tenant laws in this place and it's frustrating. My lease is up soon and I cannot wait to leave."
