"It’s really a nice looking place and new management has taken over since last management hasn’t done much for this place. New renovations. New improvements. Surrounding outside is peaceful and beautifully landscape. But! For those of you are looking for a peaceful and quiet setting within inside your place. this is NOT the place for you to recommend to live. Tenants/neighbors here are disrespectful and careless of others. Floors and walls are hollow therefore, you’ll be dealing with a lot of stomping, banging, and heavily vibration throughout your lease. Landlord can only do so much with legal procedures, rules, and guidelines with “tenants” of this place and taken care of maintenance little at a time while still renovating throughout the area. Landlord, Brenda is really nice, friendly, and accommodating when she can. It’s the tenants that are rude, disrespectful and careless that makes it hard living here. Especially when some of them can’t handle or discipline their own kids to be respectful of others/neighbors."

"Look elsewhere, maintenance neglected, recent rent increase, yet little improvements. Landlord/owner is very rude, treats tenants as less than if you have an issue. Constantly trying to give fines for the 1 dumpster being full, yet he is responsible for removing second dumpster from the property. They are quick to throw evicted tenants belongings in dumpster, or pack the rest out in the maintenance man’s truck. Property has potential, just not under this ownership."

"Terrible management, very outdated. Man in charge is very rude. Will do and say whatever they can so you don't get your deposit back. Tried to call multiple times before lease was up to let them know i wasn't interested in resigning, never got all call back and was told I had to have 30 day notice even though THEY never returned my call."
