Like how start their auctions early, have multiple rings when practical, and move fast so my entire day isn't spent there. Not a lot of puffery in their descriptions of the items they were selling which I greatly appreciated. They just held it up and let the bidders set the price."

"Ron is a slumlord do not rent from him. He will bandaid some issues and ignore the rest. My shower had black mold and he told me for five months he would fix it. He never did and still hasn’t. He promised new railing on the porch, new shower, new gravel for parking, new locks on sliding doors, and delivered on zero of these promises. Rent from anyone but Ron Weade. A man of his word he is not."

"They picked up our household items for auction. Was not impressed with how they handled the furniture. Very rough treatement while loading, no protection on furniture, just piled in a trailer to transport. Pictures of furniture at there warehouse showed damage and missing parts. Would not recommend"
