"Lived here for 3 years and recently moved out. If considering moving here please note that there are terrible mold issues that develop in the winter time due to condensation on the exterior walls that are brick and not insulated. When it gets very cold the loft style units can’t hold the desired temperature. Management leaves a lot to be desired. You won’t be able to get ahold of anyone when you call Orleans, they constantly turn over new building managers, maintenance doesn’t answer. You’ll only get maintenance done if requested through the app where you pay rent. If a real emergency ever happened at the building it would be a mess to find a way to notify management. Their email goes to a no-reply inbox. Really the only reliable person is Mary in accounting and it’s really not her job to be the main point of contact. The roof leaks a lot and they never really fixed the drywall. Plus water was coming through the recessed lighting…I’m sure that was never inspected after the leak was fixed. Trash receptacles overflow. Cleaners come once a week for common spaces but should probably come twice a week. Maintenance was often seen sitting around or made the place smell like cigarettes. Management lied to us about rent increase percentage. So don’t be surprised if you see a lease renewal for +12%. We were good tenants without complaints against us and paid on time, however, we were gouged on the security deposit return. $40 per item, one being a shower cleaning fee after we cleaned the shower thoroughly with bleach, and another to reattach a loose toilet paper holder?? TBH I’m not surprised they came up with bogus charges and tried to keep as much money as possible, considering how subpar the management company had been over the course of our time there. I’d encourage Kent Lofts/Orleans to reach out to me to try to resolve these complaints, but they’d have to find a phone or real email account first. Potential tenants beware. Oh and parking is a nightmare too."

"Kent Lofts are beautiful industrial style apartments in a converted historical warehouse. The apartments have large steal windows, concrete floors and large bathrooms. You are minutes from downtown Bellevue and Newport, the interstate for easy access to Cincinnati, and Newport dog park."

"Love the neighborhood and the building overall. Maintenance and management is attentive, personable, and responsive. Some minor issues around dumper and recycling capacity and the cities frequency of pick up, which prevents me from giving 5 stars. But happy to live here and have renewed my lease"
