"Do not live here. We moved here out of state and they never disclosed that we picked an apartment with a water closet for the entire street. This closet is filled with plumbing that the tenant does not have access to. We were planning on using this closet and they refused to give us a monthly discount for having less space than the rest of the street. They are constantly sending out reminders for their strict rules in the community…including not riding a bike. I have always received my security deposit after every apartment. We personally cleaned the entire apartment before moving out. No smells. No stains. They intentionally went into the apartment (as they do every apartment) ripped the carpet up and noted each stain underneath. These stains are from cleaning liquid, not urine. They kept the entire deposit and also sent us a bill for almost $300 to replace all the carpet. The apartment is only 1 year old. We had a hunch this would happen as we noticed every single apartment would have their carpet replaced after a move out. Do not live here, you will absolutely regret it."

"Initially it was a great neighborhood, very quiet, nice people, caring management team. Within the past 2-3 months, things drastically changed. Speeding cars, school buses allowed into the neighborhood, they no longer use bus pick up and drop off areas. This is no longer a pet friendly walkable neighborhood. Due to the constant traffic because of the new section/development with no other exit. People drive through this neighborhood as if they were on a main road and now with the multiple school buses 6 x day it has become loud and unsafe to walk.(approximately 2-4 kids on each bus at most. Per transportation manager from Clermont School) Office door is always kept locked, management is slow to respond if at all. I’ve called local office twice, texted once, called corporate three times, emailed once and even called emergency maintenance line in attempt to get someone to respond with 3 week period. Redwood does not care about their residents, it’s all about money for them. They need to remove Cares from Redwood Cares because they don’t. That’s painfully evident with the rapid decline in so many areas in such a short period of time. Think long and hard before spending this much money for rent."
