"I have lived here about 8 months I haven't heard to much noise except on the weekend from the parties upstairs but its Saturdays I think that's acceptable but hey that's just my opinion if I have a work order they are quick to fix it no real problems as far as maintenance or management there are kids running around but why move to an apartment complex where all kids and adults share yards if u don't want to hear them that's why kids have inside and outside voices. my cars have never had issues being parked here I have seen fire trucks and ambulances a couple cop but not for huge issues like fights or theft and bud bug ha no those are something u bring in your own home or the people u invite into your home I again have live here 8 months and never once seen a bug now fly mosquitos regular bug yep those are around I really like the place but the people coming through the celling yep if they run in the house its loud again it an apartment complex bound to happen I personal love the place the pool can get a little crowded but its a pool that keep you relaxed on hot days I have recommended it to a friend who now has lived here for 4 months she likes it too so over all I give it a very good rating"

"This place is a total $hithole. The neighbors are loud and uneducated. I can't even leave my windows open on a nice day, while I sleep or when I do homework because I either have to listen to unsupervised kids stomping through the halls, trashy people arguing with each other, or loud piece of $hit cars driving by every 5 minutes, all through the day and night. Management sucks, does not respond to any requests. Apartment offers no amenities or anything that would make you want to live here while you are stuck in your long contract. Water pressure in shower is awful. Toilet backs up, sink always clogged. Everything is old, run down, and falling apart. The worst place I have ever lived, by far. Do yourself a favor, just pay the extra money to live anywhere else. I would not live here for free!"

"Our apartment is falling apart and management seems to not care, yet they want their rent money? also the pool is dirty, and not big enough to accomidate all of the residents. The cops are always being called on some one for some reason. The crime rate here is terrible."
