"We have been absolutely thrilled with our time at Tapestry Turfway so far! Ariel, our leasing agent, is a fantastic—guiding us through every step even after moving in. Our dog loves it here; the pet-friendly atmosphere is a huge plus! Additionally, the updated amenities and quick and helpful maintenance are also great perks, on top of the great location. Highly recommend Tapestry Turfway for a fantastic apartment experience!"

"I made an appointment to view the apartments and everyone seemed nice. I arrived and before I even took the time to tour the apartments I told Ariel I was self employed and didn’t have a W2. She said it would be fine to just use a 1099. So I took the tour of the apartments on a Thursday. Tuesday after Christmas I filled out the application and was denied the 1099 wasn’t sufficient enough for them despite the fact I made 10x the required amount. Luckily I caught them soon enough that they hadn’t run my credit yet and had my credit score dinged for no reason. This is shady business by property management wasting peoples times just to get as many applicants as they can. Also post they don’t let specific dogs in but yet on tour seen a Doberman. I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere."

"I recently moved in at the end of September. Throughout the whole process from the tour to now, I have nothing but good things to say really about my overall experience. But I really want to highlight Ariel in the front office. She is sweet as can be, and always bends over backwards. If I had any say in her career, I would highly advise a promotion. Her customer service is impeccable. You don’t get an Ariel every day. I really love this place and I finally feel much at peace with my home."

"To be frank, the community at Tapestry Turfway is poorly managed. Renting here was one of the worst decisions I've made in my life and my review will tell you why. Photos are included as well, a visual really helps folks understand the reality of the issues within this complex. -The community has a true issue with trash. The trash compactor within the complex has been broken more often than in working order during our time there. At one point, it was broken for days and there were over 100+ trash bags right outside my building specifically. The smell was unreal, you could smell everyone's trash from inside your unit. The look of 100+ trash bags outside of a complex that charges $1,825.00 a month was not good. It stormed when the trash issue was at it's prime; therefore, everything in the trash bags such as dirty diapers, cat and dog feces, feminine hygiene products, etc. were now wet, causing even more of a terrible smell. Stray animals came up at night and tore some of the bags open, that entire sector of the complex looked like a dump. -The community has a theft problem and has an issue with misc. illegal activity; however, they don't have the proper security cameras or systems to address it. We have had several hundred dollars worth of packages stolen from their package room. As far as the illegal activity, we found rolled up marijuana joints in the parking lot on 2 occasions. -The community has a big issue with stray cats. Stray cats are constantly scratching at doors to get in, I've even had a few get in the elevator with me when trying to get to my unit. They meow all night long and beg for food. -The community advertises 'quiet time' for residents between 10a-7p; however, the quiet time isn't really quiet time when you have garbage trucks coming at 5a in the morning with their beeping sirens, flashing lights, and crashing noises as they try to get the compactor open. -Residents allow their dogs to urinate in the hallway outside. The smell of urine as I make my way to my unit is disgusting. -Valet trash is an offering within the community; however, the residents don't like to pick up their can once the garbage has (or if it is even) picked up. -For being a new complex, they have work done constantly to the facility. Whether it be construction work on the sidewalks outside, construction work on the parking lot, lawn work with loud leaf blowers and lawn movers constantly, there is always noise and disruption. -Sewage was being billed incorrectly for my entire duration at the community. -The way the community does business is unethical. Their contract specifically says 'our leasing agents are not bound to anything said verbally'. I'll close this review out with how my time with Tapestry Turfway ended. We were building a house prior to us signing a lease with them. During our walk through with Denise (leasing agent), we asked very pointedly what is the penalty for breaking the lease early, as we certainly would be, just had no hard date. We were advised it was 2 months rent to break early. Our house was finished being built months sooner than targeted and we were forced to end our lease sooner than expected. We were informed it was actually rent x5, not rent x2. 2 months of rent for breaking the lease early, 2 months of rent for not providing 60 days notice prior to breaking the lease and 1 month of rent to pay back to concession we got when signing the lease. I called to speak with the manager several times (Julie or Ariel), only to get the receptionist each time. I was informed both the manager and assistant manager were busy but they'd call me back same day. I explained this was urgent to me and I really needed to speak with someone, as almost 10k was on the line here. I was sent a canned response email from the assistant manager that night with payment plan options. All in all, Tapestry Turfway was paid their $9,444.00, they also charged me a wonderful $230.00 fee for processing the payment. Stay clear of this complex, management and the community itself is a joke"

"Ariel was the person who gave us a tour! She was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We spent an hour looking at the apartments and the property. The property is clean, very pleasant, and new. I fell in love with the property once I entered their clubhouse, which is a fascinating place to hang out as well. The pool is like at a resort + it is salt water. Other residents were friendly and nice. Can’t wait to move in."
