"Current resident. Safe and clean area to live in. Maintenance takes care of business in a timely manner. Strict on resident cars parking in the lot. They have to understand that everyone can’t afford a newer car. We all go through things with our cars. Other than that, great place to live!"

"I thought it was chill here, but they were a little hard to communicate with sometimes and they paint over everything. Except having my car broken into once and the murder suicide happening, it was fairly quiet. the rent price could have been worse but is still in the 900’s for one bed. if you’re attending ccms i recommend this place to live."

"There has to be improvement with vehicles tagged for missing a cover on their wheelbase. and having notations regarding the patios that has plants converting to winter from spring. We all have priorities. todays economy is bad enough. rusted trims on our vehicles, missing wheel covers and snipping dead debris from beautiful container pots that give the landscape more pleasing appeal to new prospective customers/tenants. Give tenants a note to encourage them to do more rather than to find a note or a message that is always negative."
