"SabinaManors used to be a really nice place to live now when I drive around and look at this place it's falling apart they can't keep up on the mowing and this place is going downhill vineyards bought Sabina Manor and they are the worst company that has bought this park the manager does not know what she's doing the maintenance man forget him it used to be a lot nicer Park to live in it's really sad to look at it now"

"don't personally live there but no people that do they now have new owners and are trying to change the contracts and leases that people have signed about existing maintenance issues that should be there as managers and the pet policy I don't know who these people think they are some of these people have been settled there for a long time and I know these new managers don't care about that but it's sad they're just out to make money they don't care about family they care about money .they'll never make it thank God."

"If you live there and move don't expect your deposit back. They will lie to you and tell you that you will be getting it and when you don't get it back and inquire about the status of it they ignore you and don't respond. We were told we would get our deposit back and never did. When we moved they rented our place within a day because it was clean and not in need of any repairs. Furthermore they rented the trailer for more than we were paying so made money as opposed to losing money. We were told we were getting our deposit back and now they are going back on that and saying we aren't. Very poor business for a management company. I would be cautious of doing any business with them"

"Very curious about the dog breed allowed here. Had a red nose pit was threatened to be evicted because of it now I see more pit bulls and wondering why the same thing isn’t happening to them."

"When we first moved in the place was great! Yards were kept up, people were friendly, complaints were taken seriously... When we moved out 20 something years later(6 managers later) the place looks awful. Yards aren't taken of, sewer grades that should not be moving are rocky, grass is growing in the street cracks and through the sidewalk... People just don't care anymore. It's sad."
