"I delivered food here. What a cool turnaround for an old abandoned factory! Hubby and I were driving back from Kings Island several years ago. This was before I carried a smartphone with me so we ended up just driving around until we figured out where we were. We stumbled across the old abandoned factory back then. I was so surprised to see the GPS taking me to this building. I thought it was a prank! I was delighted to see the updated apartments and the brewery!"

"PCF is, hands down, the best place I’ve ever lived! From the property manager to the staff, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. The scenery and landscapes are absolutely breathtaking - love at first site! Unfortunately, I had to relocate due to my new career, but I will always consider PCF my home."

"Unique and offbeat, nothing quite like it in or around Cincinnati. All the normal apartment features, but the reason to live here is the experience of the bike trail, the fantastic historic building and surrounded by other chill tenants. Simply fantastic Apartment Manager, Ashlei, is gracious, attentive and professional. She makes this groovy place what it is!"

"It has its pros and cons but for the most part is an excellent place to live. Very responsive property management and friendly people. 1 year later: Still impressed! Considering the typical issues with brand new construction paired with renovations of an OLD and derelict structure, there were surprisingly few problems. The owner/property management group is an extremely professional and impressive organization. The property doesn't have the usual feel that so many apartment communities do. Instead of feeling like a resident, at the mercy of a corporate money making monster, and subject to the knowledge and moods of the most recent hired help...PCF Apartments treats you like part of a large cooperative community. Maintenance does an incredible job keeping everything in tip top shape, and is extremely responsive to any unforseen circumstances. Ashlei, somehow keeps track of all the goings on in the community and takes care of all the sales, leasing, landlord, rent, and management of the property. She even remembers your name!! You have the Little Miami River, Hiking and Biking Trail, and Cartridge Factory Brewing Company. It doesn't really get much better. The only perceived negative is dealing with deliveries, door dash, etc. The USPS gets everything to your mailbox in your building or at least in the building lobby. UPS/FedEx delivers everything to the leasing office storage area. Door Dash, Amazon Fresh, Instacart, etc. has absolutely NO CLUE on how to deliver here. I find myself having to meet them in the parking lot everytime. Also, the studio apartments do not have laundry hookups so you are stuck with sharing "coin" laundry machines with all the other studio tenants. Overall, all the positives outweigh the negatives and I highly recommend the Peter's Cartridge Factory Apartments!"

"I’ve lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it! The apartments are very spacious and management and maintenance are incredibly responsive. The other tenants are very respectful and noise from neighbors is incredibly low and almost non-existent. If you’re looking for a city-like apartment in the northern Cincinnati suburbs, you can’t go wrong with PCF!"
