"One of the worst places I have ever lived. The office staff I never had much of a good experience with. I’ve noticed with the high change over they have there, they like to employ the rudest people I have ever met. They are always in your business and treat you with so much disrespect it’s unreal. Don’t get excited about the pool cause some years they just don’t open it. Oh and ur deposit they will do everything in their power to take every bit of it and lie about the reasoning. Not to mention it took them well over 30 days to even tell you why. I turned in my keys 12/24/23 and today 2/12/24 I just received a small portion of my deposit back. Just to give you an idea of how they work. Oh and if you try and call over to the corporate office to discuss this issue they don’t answer and never return your calls. I guess I’ll have to turn it over to the courts at this point. Because it’s never okay to take from people. I understand the rent can seem so affordable but believe me if you can avoid it please do. I lived their for over 6 years and it’s hard to leave once ur there because of the high cost of moving. Thankfully I have purchased my own home now and no longer have to deal with the nonsense of that place. I’m only sharing all of this because I wish someone would have said this to me before moving into this place. It’s just a few fyi’s. I wish you all the best in your new home search."
"Not a gated community. Horrid place to live. Like a stacked trailer park or a retirement community. Lived there for a year severs get backed up into your apartment. They pretend they know nothing about it. They are liars. Pam the property manager is a nightmare to work with. Crystal fosent know if she is coming or going so much you can not believe a word she says. Stay far away from this place."
"Being kicked out for nothing they cant tell me why I'm being kicked out the staff is rude and disrespectful. I've been a very kind and loving neighbor I have no problems with people here. But yet I'm getting evicted because I'm apparently just not good enough for them to live here. They have no character they are super cruel. That's ok tho because this place is outdated anyways it's always noisy around here because the walls are super thin. And everyone here is in everyone's business. I wouldn't live here mainly because the staff members treat people like pheasants. And acts like they are better than everyone who lives here. Oh talk about no privacy the maintenance people are always in your apartment every 3 months for an inspection. It's like walking on eggshells living here."
"These apartments would be fine if it weren't for the management. Staff inspect every apartment four times a year under the pretext of checking fire alarm batteries. If you're home, they'll be in and out - if you're not, expect them to go through your closets and other personal possessions. The management is wholly disrespectful, rude, and unpleasant to tenants. Living here is apparently reason enough for the staff and owners to despise you. The rules are also frequently changed with no notice. For example, upon moving in a few years ago, I received permission from management to put in a garden. That garden has been in place for two years. Suddenly and with no other notice, I was told I would need to remove every single plant, bush, paver, and decorative statue or face eviction. Another problem: all the fire alarms in a building are wired together, so if one goes off, they all do. That means if your neighbor sets off the alarms by, for example, overcooking, than every single alarm in your apartment will go off as well. This completely defeats the purpose of a fire alarm. I now just ignore them - if a fire were to actually break out, I would never know. Under no circumstances should you rent an apartment here. I regret moving to this place and am only here because of the expense required to move."
"I have read other reviews about this place and it is true I also had to come back several times to finish paper work. The office staff was so RUDE to me and my guests except for Casey until right before I moved out. There are children running around with no supervision!! I was so afraid I would hit one while driving because they would sit at the top of the hill and fly down on their bikes at a speed that they most certainty could not stop at in the middle of the road. That leads to the other problem of people flying through the parking lot as a mother myself it would always make me so nervous someone was going to get hurt. I was in the older apartments it was spacious but falling apart and very worn out. There where spiders, ants and mold in the leaky windows. Plus, I heard of several people in the complex with bed bugs. AHHH!!!This place was a cheap solution for me while in a jam and I got out asap. Unless that is the case DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!"
