"I lived at West Chester Place for only a little over a year, but in the time I was there, it was easily the best rental experience I've ever had. The units are spacious, reasonably priced for the area, and you cannot ask for a better person to run the place. The property manager Bill is phenomenal, and will deal with any problems you have as soon as you let him know. I have lived in at least half a dozen apartments over the past decade, and West Chester Place is definitely top of that list. If you're looking for a place in West Chester, or just a place centrally located between Dayton and Cincinnati, live here!"

"We absolutely loved living here as our first home after getting married! Bill takes great care of the property and his tenants. The apartments were really nice and the rent was very reasonable. Bill does a great job of minimizing unnecessary overhead in order to keep rent as low as possible. And he makes the entire rental process both transparent and as simple as possible. Highly recommend these apartments!"

"My husband and I loved living at West Chester Place. We lived there for ~14 months and only moved because we bought a house. The location is great- just minutes from I-75 and close to everything in West Chester and surrounding areas. The property manager, Bill, is helpful, communicative, and friendly. All maintenance issues and various questions/concerns were responded to promptly during our time there. The complex is well-maintained and we found the other residents to be kind and respectful. There is plenty of parking with generously wide spaces. Some of our favorite things about our apartment: - It was spotless and well-painted when we moved in - Spacious rooms - Plenty of storage/closet space - We rented a washer & dryer for our apartment for a small monthly fee and loved the convenience of it (though we could’ve made do with the washer/dryer in our building) - Balcony with room for a small table, chairs, and little grill Overall, it was a great place to live and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in the area."

"I lived here for a year and moved out only because I bought a house. This apartment was excellent, and I loved almost everything about it. Having moved from a 4000-square-foot house, I was impressed with the abundant storage and lots of space in the apartment. I also liked the washer/dryer hookup; excellent location right off 75; soundproof units (I couldn’t hear the next-door neighbors but could hear the neighbors above me); friendly, diverse neighbors; large, walk-in closet, and ample space in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Another bonus was the wide parking spaces; I never had to worry about hitting the car next to me when I opened my car door all the way to get my daughter out of her car seat. The property manager Bill was friendly and very responsive whenever I contacted him. Overall, I highly recommend living in this apartment complex."

"this apartment is very nice and has good conditions. if we have a problem in house, Apartment Manager fix problem immediately.and when we moved to Ohio, we contacted this apartment in online and made contract before moving. and had big parking lot, swimming pool. and sometimes he considered personal situation for rent period and rent fee. and Manager is very handsome , kind and nice guy."
