"This complex is awesome! The pool goes to 7 feet, the common areas are always clean, the owner gets things done in a very timely manner and this place is family friendly and quiet. "Moved in December 2018, Had an incredible experience living here for the last 3 1/2 years. In that 3 1/2 years we have definitely had issues but the leasing office always worked with us to resolve them. The maintenance guys we’re always friendly and prompt to take care of issues when reported through their resident webportal. We are sad to leave our old community, Unfortunately we just outgrew the space."

"I’ve lived here for about 3 years and the leasing office lady is HORRIBLE. They came into our apartment when we were out of town without our knowledge. It took weeks to get our dishwasher fixed. Half the lights don’t work. The washing machine absolutely sucks I’ve put white t-shirts in and other lighter colored clothes and they come out covered in stains."

"0/10 illegally entered my apartment when i was out of town. Had to call 100 time's before i got a return text saying they are "changing the batteries in smoke detectors" then when i return home that same evening my locks are changed. They raise the rent every year. I always pay on time. They lie about having on spot maintenance. Had to call town property because Kingsgate village never answered any of my calls. Finally get ahold of a maintenance guy on call after being locked out in the cold for an hour. He explained over the phone how to switch my lock back for me so i could get into my place. Finally get a text from management at 930 the next morning calling me a lier. If this sounds like fun go ahead and move in. If you dont want your apartment illegally opened up and and locks switched on you while you're on vacation I wouldn't move here."

"I’ve live here since July and it has been a horrible experience. Pretty much everything in my apartment was broken when i moved In and they fixed some of the problems but the office lady always acts as if your a bother to her. They never answer the phone and when they do come out to fix something it’s always a half ass job."
