"The 2 bedroom apartments are big and really nice inside but its section 8 and it's starting to show already. Cops there everyday for warrants and nosy neighbors. Kids everywhere with no parents in site. Smh... Maybe that's why they built it in the outskirts of Hilliard. The country. LOL"

"I have been here for about 8 months. Quiet neighborhood. Office staff is great and so is maintenance. If you have an emergency they come right away and for regular service request there’s usually no more than a 72 hour time frame, until maintenance is at your home. They go a great job of keeping the outside clean, and the neighborhood feels safe. The only drawback I would say is the pool was not open in the summer. A neighbor told me it was been closed since 2020. Besides that a great and affordable place to live."

"update: they resolved my situation by letting me out my lease, but still charged me full refurbishment costs despite me only living there 2 months and the apartment being in emaculate condition. i will upload picture of how i left the apartment later. Not safe - someone tried to break into my apartment with a ski mask and gloves Only lived there 2 months"

"I have been here for about two years and the fact they have residence that stay here who has been threating to kill, fight, and harrassing other residence for the pass 8 years is the most lack poor mangment here at Golf Pointe. PedCor manae these apartment. I have gotten restraining order on made compliant just in my two years and the residence before me made complaints as well the fact nothing has been poor excuse. The dollar is worth more to them. But the life and saftey of the inscent is worth more to me and something has to be done. I am making plans to leave these apartments with my daughter."

"I was a resident for over 7 years, i would HIGHLY recommend against considering this property. Multiple things went wrong while I was staying that i swept under the rug since it was all i could afford at the time. Maintenance entered my apartment without proper notification, while my dog was not crated. They also left a hole in my closet from a leak for over 3 years. There were multiple times when I had been asked to back date documents I was signing. To top it all off, when I moved out they waited well past the 30 days to send out the itemized list of what was owed. I moved out 3/20/23 and did not get the itemized list until 4/29/23 with a post mark of 4/26/23. When I contacted the office I was told they dont control the post office, they put it in the mail 4/14/23. There is no way it takes over 2 weeks to be processed and sent across town. I requested to speak with the regional manager after speaking with multiple landlord-tenant advocates about this issue at hand and the laws are clear. It has been, again, over 2 weeks with no response. Save yourself the trouble im going through. If you need affordable housing, look elsewhere, I have heard great things about wallick owned communities."
