They blocked my phone number, which is truly childish and unprofessional. I am now getting a lawyer involved since they want to play immature games."

"OMG do not move here especially if you work from home home or are a senior. Jennifer and Georie DO Not respond to complaints They don’t respond at all. You may come in at a reasonable rent but BE WARE of rent increases when lease is up. I was charged a $335 increase with no explanation. I was given 8 days to renew lease or pay $2200 a month by month stay. More than anyone in my building that have pets and or garages. Ridiculous. Police in here constantly. Loud music no supervision of pool or loud music. Appliances break down after two years or less. Sewage overflow in 101 units often. This is not worth it and will not be staying. To hell with Jennifer’ land georie. Appliances broke even now with no date of replacing. DONT MOVE HERE. This doesn’t even address the carloads of non residents that drive up and use the pool!!!!"

"Going on our 2nd year here at Crossing at Grove City. I feel for what you pay is what you get and most definitely we’re getting what we pay for. I would definitely suggest some more plants and flowers throughout the neighborhood! I think it’d add a nice touch. Maybe also a Community Garden for residents to grow vegetables and herbs. Something to consider! Overall highly professional leasing agents and Property Manager that add a personable touch to everyday living here!"

"I really enjoyed the apartment when I initially moved in although I had a bad vibe regarding their policy for holding an apartment. Typically, when you pay an admin fee you are locking in your unit and the quoted unit rent, however, here you can only hold a spot for only 14 days and then the price goes up. After getting past that I enjoyed the quietness of the area (it was fairly new). The parking is TERRIBLE. I realized no one was renewing their leases and for good reason. I can hear everything my neighbors on top of me talk about. Many units in my building have parties constantly throughout the week. Some things I can get past and try not to complain much, but I will say unless you only want to be here a short amount of time, it’s best to not waste your time. My lease renewal is coming up and they are increasing my rent by $300….insanity… I’ve never heard of such and that seems unreasonable. I have been trying to get in contact with someone in the office for days and they have been avoiding me and not returning my calls or emails. Also, maintenance request take forever because they can’t get anyone on staff. I really thought my experience would have been better."
