"I urge you not to live here. The management are horrible people who lie to get more money out of you. We moved here from out of state and they told us we'd have a different apartment than the only one they had available but we had to move in as we had no other choice. Upon moving out, they said that we ruined the carpet which we absolutely did not, they kept the entirety of the security deposit and are trying to steal another $600 out of us. The manager is horrendous, please do not move here."

"This is my 2nd year living here. Peacefull environment. Management good. Few things tho. Thief's constantly broke in to cars specially during winter time. I have set up camara for this porpuse but sadly for some reason there is no video of the act saved on my camara. My guess the thief's know what they are doing. They broke into several of my neighbors including my sister as well and have cameras and nothing recorded on them. Second the price of the apartments keep going up by the year and there is no update on the apartments. My apartment the only thing that had updated is the counter tops when i firts moved in and that's it. Everything else like the kitchen cabinets, bathroom appliances etc. Its old. But they keep rising the price. Tried to move to an updated apartment and they said they give priority to the new tenants instead of the on the ones already living in there. I still tried to get into an updated one but the manager never gave the answer to whether or not I got accepted for an upgraded apt. So I eventually give up and stayed on the current one."

"So far, everything is going alright, we moved in like 4 months ago, and we are really happy here, maintenance is always on top of it, ready to help you with any problem you have. Same thing with the manager, shes very nice and helpful, we have made one of the best choice moving in here"

"I recently moved to this apartment. I am really satisfied with their service. Last week, I had requested them to fix the lights in the living room, it got fixed within 2/3 days. Also, property owner is really nice and make sure everything is going good with their tenants. I am happy and satisfied so far."

"Terrible upper management. Can't remember their workers' names nor keep good maintenance workers. Non-responsive for weeks when they don't feel like answering. Almost got in several legal battles. Don't expect any action to benefit your behalf. Waste of money and no repercussions for rule violators the whole complex just gets a nasty email anytime anything bad happens. Absolutely useless management. Overcharges for everything they can on move out. Take pictures and document well, not that that will help you. Buyer beware. Would give 0 stars if able."
