"Andrew did an excellent job on our maintenance request, he prvided fast and friendly service!"
"We moved out respectfully and fulfilled our lease agreement paying $2,950.00 to leave. The apartment had normal wear & tear from living in the unit for almost 3 years. I was hoping to get my small deposit back. However, they invented charges to make sure I still owed around $4!!! Duke only allowed me to select a few days after move out in their system for the electric cancellation. Should I invoice Lakefront for the additional money I paid for your vacant unit? I have a video walkthrough of the empty apartment on the 31st. A video of me dropping my keys into your drop box on the the 31st. Recorded phone calls with your staff stating I only owe the $2950.00 to leave before the 1st."
"Applied for an apartment at our price range that was "available" according to the website. I was then told it was rented out to someone else after paying the app fee and deposit. Was then told the apartment was taken off the site because it was being renovated. Seems sketchy, and I'm now out $100 in app fees for no reason."
"Transparently, this would bring up a couple of issues: 1- no rented apartment would be handed over with one door key!!! at least 2... 2- a checklist of the apartment handover should be performed in the presence of one of the management in charge, not by myself and alone. 3- mailbox key must be given along with the apartment key not after the checklist is done, doesn't make sense. 4- took over the apartment with no internet service, and stayed for 5 days trying to solve the problem myself without any interference or follow up from the leasing office, knowing that they own the account number and the internet is paid to them directly, that's not professional. 5- trash container must be in multiple locations, not only one as I have to carry the trash bags in the car to deliver my trash to the faraway container, the complex is too big and that is something very important to be considered having other containers in different locations to serve the tenants better. all of the above have not been informed by the team when we were in the apartment lease process."
"I loved the office staff! Shoutout to Zach , Terry and Suz. I love Jen the manager as well. My apartment was amazing. I didn’t want to move at all. I would have stayed however my rent was being raised significantly. I am a single mom and always paid my rent a week early never late at all. I wanted that to be my long term home . I was mis quoted from the start and received one welcome home letter with one amount then the day before I moved in I received another welcome letter with a higher amount in and was told basically to deal with it and take it or don’t because there is “a lot of people wanting to rent it” those exact words. No one acknowledged that I was Mis quoted and did nothing to accommodate it. I have papers , emails and receipts to confirm this as well. When I moved in the apartment was great I had it decorated so nicely! The only bad thing which is pretty bad is that there is a SEVERE spider issue and infestation in the building. They are outside of it and inside of 4612 Wyndtree drive apt 13. I had the pest control come out every Monday and that did nothing. I had maintenance bring me a personal spider spray and that did nothing. It was so bad I would wake up to spiders and go to sleep with spiders in sight. Myself and my 9 year old son were terrified. In the showers , toilets . Window seals , the porch EVERYWHERE. Literally everywhere and that is not an exaggeration. My neighbors have the same issues they said. There has to be a crack in the foundation or the window seals aren’t sealed properly I’m not sure but it was very very bad. The only time they went away was in the winter. I was told that’s why the guy before me moved out of the apartment. I did go without a stove for about 6 months before I got a new ( used) one. Nothing was done to compensate for lack of an oven either. There just needs to be more ACTION around Customer service. Customer service is more than a friendly smile or being nice. Take action on the issues with sense of urgency because there was no action taken for mine. That’s the only issues I’ve had I wish I could have stayed and been accommodated."
