"not only is there bugs ALL over my apartment, but also mice. I've contacted the office to get sprayed for the bugs for the last 5 months and it's only happened once. The office only cares about their paycheck and doesn't even begin to pretend care about their residents. If i could give 0 stars I would."

"Fire marshal should look into this dangerous place. Dangerous because for 2 of the 3 months that I had the place there were ZERO hallway lights in the entire building. Not even fire exit lights, no emergency battery powered auxiliary lights. Just excuses about how "our guys are really good and they're trying to figure it out". I heard this for two months. How about just call an electrician? All of the buildings have non-working security doors, even though there are non-working intercoms, anyone can go in or out at will. In the dark. Great place to fall down a flight of stairs or get mugged. Filthy hallways. We were the only ones who ever vacuumed our hallway because it was impossible not to track in the neighbor's 3 St Bernards dog hair. What pool? That stagnant cement pond? Heard the same lip service about "our really good guys are trying to get the chemicals right". Pool was a selling feature and was out of service for the 3 months we lived there. Hey, how about having your "Really Good Guys" call a pool service? The dryer in the tiny laundry room (one washer, one dryer per building) is not even vented to the outdoors. This has GOT to be a fire code violation. The room heats up to 90 degrees and everything is filthy and coated in hot lint. From outside the building you can see that most of the individual apartment units gas furnace vents are stuffed with bird nests. Fire code again. The cat pee smell that the "Really Good Guys" were going to use their "Special Miracle Treatment" on in the two weeks between when we rented and when we moved in, was not addressed. It took us about 3 weeks and considerable expense to get the stink out. There is no trash area, like most apartment complexes. Just an overflowing open dumpster occupying one of the best parking spots just outside the door to the building. A great welcome home What a horrible experience,"

"If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. They have some many fees you have to pay while living here, the building fee we pay is no use, our building always has trash,moving in it wasn’t ready, then we still had trouble with the apartment and had a hard time for them to even come and look or even help us out, we still haven’t gotten our outside door fixed, mold growing into window because seal is broken I’ve been getting bad headaches because of it, can’t enjoy our balcony because downstairs people let their dogs pop and pee and let’s it sit and it just stinks, door slamming so hard our apartment shakes, idk what’s up with our water but it’s been cloudy since we moved here, we were told to take a blanket off our balcony because it doesn’t belong they said but if you drive and look on kemper rd their balcony and patio are a mess. Corporate don’t answer nor give calls back & the Communication is off."

"I moved here just 2 months ago and I’m already so ready to move out somewhere better place. Living here is like living in HELL!! The walls are thin and you can hear people talking next door, playing music midnight! I request maintenance for over 20 times now but no one shows up and nothing get FIXED!! Please do not move in here if you’re planning to. WORST APARTMENT I’ve ever lived in!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!!!"

"Do not move here I have been a resident since June 2022 and nothing has ever worked in this apartment. When I moved in nothing was clean or working at all, multiple maintenance request have been put in but nothing gets fixed, the tickets just disappear and worked on. My AC has only worked for about 2 weeks collectively since I moved in and my apartment is above 80 degrees any time weather is warm. There is mold in the bathroom since the apartment above has been leaking into ours and it still has not been repaired for months now. Please learn from me and never move here. Also even when you call management never answers the calls or get return calls..... if I could give no stars I would this is unbelievable what I have been put through here."
