"When I moved in, numerous problems were addressed. Leaky kitchen sink, broken refrigerator shelf, bathroom door wouldn't latch, leaky ac unit, and black mold on walls and ceilings to name just a few. I was told these issues would be taken care of by management. These issues were NOT fixed in over 4 yrs. The manager, Bob, was aggressive and threatening and would openly gossip about other tenants lives, issues and living conditions. He harassed my family and myself all the time we lived there. The owner, Dan was a nice man that the only issue I ever had with was his taking of Bob's word without investigation of the issue being arose. Bob had a personal vendetta against my family and even tried to limit visits (daytime and or night)from family members and friends. The balcony doors and apartment windows were replaced right before I moved. When they were removed, they and the walls were FULL of rat AND bat droppings. I tried to place bird feeders out and Bob informed me they were ILLEGAL in Ohio. A neighbor was threatened with eviction if he socialized with my family. For over a year, we were unable to use the mailboxes due to issues with the locks, causing the post office to either place mail in the hallway floor or even not deliver it. I do believe Bob should be fired for lies, poor management, harassment and an unprofessional attitude towards his job."
