"The grounds are visibly clean and well-kept. The office foyer and on site laundromat are always in working order and impeccable. The maintenance is efficient and timely. The apartments are in great condition, include appliances, have central air and patios. The manager is helpful and friendly as well as competent which is a rarity in itself. They’re also affordable. Overall best place I’ve rented."

"My dad recently moved in and he loves it there! He said the manager Ashley is so nice and friendly. And that the maintenance man Randy is super nice and always so on top of things. Very clean and organized place. The outside of the area is also clean and very quiet/peaceful. Would definitely recommend living here."
