"Called this complex 3 times over the course of 4 days, left 2 voice mails, and submitted an application, paying their application fee. Never heard anything back from them let alone neglecting to answer the phone."
"I was interested in this place. The apartments seemed nice but the staff are not. My daughter’s childcare provided lives there and there is never a blank space to park. So rather than park in someone one’s assigned space, she parks in front of the dumpster, (and when I say park, I mean she leaves the car running and takes the baby inside, or leaves the car running and goes and gets the baby. Never longer than 3 minutes) out of everyone’s way. A lady on staff stopped her today and rudely told her she wasn’t allowed to do that, she needed to park all the way over on the street. Sit in front of the dumpster for 3 minutes and walk the minute walk to drop the baby off, or park on the street and have your 9 week old in the winter air for a five minute walk? Nice human to human compassion, Lady. I shredded my application for this joke of a place. Next time you see a young momma with a car seat in hand juggling a diaper bag and bottle bag in the other, try to unfreeze that heart."
