"The management at this property is awful. I have watched (for months now), a tenant get treated like they do not matter. Don't even bother to ask questions or ask for help because it's not going to happen! At this point I feel that it is an impossible task to get an email responded to, or for any of the management to do the right thing. Pushing back the move-in date for months on end was already enough, but then giving out incorrect times was worse, having the tenant get all packed up for nothing. Then on top of that telling a tenant they need to move to a hotel MILES away from campus, that sounds convenient right? Then THE SECURITY OF THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. The doors are open for ANYONE, over half of the cameras are not set up and the doors are left wide open even in the middle of the night for anyone who wants to walk in. If you live here keep your unit doors locked because the halls sure aren't protected. This place is not safe at all. Also the tenant I know doesn't even have half of their furniture in their apartment. It is missing quite a bit for a "furnished" apartment. Management needs to be putting their residents at the highest level of importance before this place faces a lawsuit, if it isn't already. I understand that this is a new building, but between the lack of communication, the broken promises, and being straight up ignored, all I've witnessed is disgusting behavior!"
