Timber Ridge Apartments

"The apartment it’s self was fairly nice. But the manager Robin was awful. She was horrible at communicating and when I tried to add my boyfriend to the lease she told me I made too much to live there (low income housing) and gave me two months to move. Well two months come around and I’ve been asking her questions. One week before I was going to move she told me I didn’t give notice to move, when I wasn’t ready to move in the first place and she told me I would have to move??? Never told me I had to go on their website and give notice. It’s almost as if I could have stayed the whole time. This happened last October and really affected my life. I could write so much about her to be honest. The previous manager kept the place way nicer and was easy to talk to."

"My girlfriend and I spent the the last 2 months trying to get an apartment here. We stopped looking at other apartments because we were told our move in date would be the 30th of July (we were told this towards the middle of June, even though our move in date was probably gonna be the 2nd since no one was in the office and it took a whole week for someone to get a hold of us just to say that no one has been in the office and to come back after the weekend). We bought furniture, appliances, and packed up all our stuff just to be told on the 29th we can't get our apartment. The lack of communication and how unorganized/unprofessional the leasing office has been to us during this whole process has been a headache. Doesn't surprise me other people have troubles getting ahold of the place"

"I have been living here for about 5 years and i still love these apartments! (Of course I’d like to get a house soon still but) This place has been an amazing Home for me and the staff has always been friendly to me. And whenever i have a maintenance problem, they’re on top of it. The yardwork is always done. The parking lot is big enough for everyone. They are always updating. I’m never embarrassed showing someone where I live. Very thankful to have had this place to live starting out as an adult to my mid twenties. I always recommend friends to come here!"

The property manager was always so nice and helpful, and the maintenance was always fast to resolve any issue we would have. "I live at Timber Ridge for almost 5 years. I must say, Tony is one of the best landlord. He took care of the problems I had and willing to work with you if there is any issue. The apartment itself is in a great neighborhood close to Kroger, park, school and highways ... And the price is fairly cheap for a 2 bedrooms apartment.. I'd recommended checking out Timber Ridge Apartment if you are looking for a new place to stay"
