"I lived here for 2 years and I can tell you it's absolutely the worst place I could have picked. In 1 year alone a pipe burst in my wall and it took them 2 weeks to turn my water back on and they never cleaned my carpet. My heat went out the day before the blizzard in December of 2022 and they didn't fix it for a week and a half and it caused me to develope a health issue that I'm still dealing with to this day. And then in April my neighbors unit exploded from a gas leak and one person DIED and it took them almost 3 more weeks to get the gas company out to do inspections. If you care about your own safety and security and that of your loved ones, DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! These apartments are overpriced and full of maintenance issues. I didn't have a working bedroom fan/light, smoke detector or working stove nearly the entire time I lived at Ridgewood. Upon moving out they charged me for all the items that were damaged when I moved in, said I stole the smoke detector that was never there, and never sent any kind of letter informing me of this, they just send it straight to collections. Save yourself the time and trouble."

"The manager of this place tolerates menacing and stalking of tenants by other tenants (whom is employed by Ridgewood Court Apartments). This is unprofessional, and scary. They no longer maintain the property like they used to. There’s trash laying around, landscaping is a mess. For the money they charge for rent, this place should be immaculate !"

"I’d give a fat zero if I could. Wouldn’t recommend this place to save my life. Who raises rent from $660 to $900? My carpets been molded for months and no one has came to clean due to a leak from the error on their apartment makeup. They take their sweet time with everything, it’s trash everywhere non stop.. seriously you can have a beautiful home for this price. Don’t do it."

"Great place to live if you stay to yourself. Some neighbors aren't great, but the management and the maintence people are wonderful. They are very prompt with any issues, easy to pay rent on an online portal. Beautiful homes inside, spacious. Close to a few schools, gas station and north end of town. Clean grounds as well which is nice!! Highly recommend."
