About the Harbour Club Apartments
Welcome to Harbour Club Apartments! Located in Washington Township, Ohio, our community offers a perfect blend of convenience, affordability, and tranquility. Situated on 22 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding a 2-acre lake, Harbour Club is close to all your essential destinations while providing a peaceful atmosphere.
Our recently updated apartment homes feature wood-look vinyl plank flooring, a new appliance package, and a choice of white or honey maple cabinetry. With color-coordinated countertops, brushed nickel fixtures, and custom painted walls, each apartment is inviting and modern. Enjoy the new siding, windows, shutters, gutters, and downspouts that enhance the exterior of our buildings.
As a pet-friendly community, we welcome up to two pets with a $35 monthly fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit. Breed restrictions apply for dogs, and a rabies vaccine record is required. All applicants must complete a Petscreening profile to ensure a smooth transition for your furry friends.

"I’m SOOOO happy to be out of this place. They call these “Luxury Apartments”, yet, there’s no central A/C in the studio apartments and ONE washer and ONE dryer for potentially 16 people. I had THREE fans running at all times, and could still hear everything going on in the other apartments. These are $2 per sqft and the management office is perhaps the worst I’ve ever had. They frequently don’t reply and don’t seem to care about how their residents are doing. Maybe the 1-bedrooms are okay, but AVOID THE STUDIOS. I was woken up in the middle of the night, about once a week because of the thin walls. Again, management didn’t care. I really, REALLY wish I would have just left after the first year, but I was dumb enough to think things would change. PS - I lived in another one of their properties before - The Arbors - and did NOT have these issues. Not sure why this specific complex is so bad at their job, but, just avoid it. EASILY the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve never had such a bad experience. (Just replying to what they commented - I went 6 months with a dog that barked for an hour a day. Nothing got resolved until I spoke to my neighbor, myself. I asked for written emails because they never replied to me. They broke their landlord-tenant fiduciary multiple times.)"
"I sold my home 3 years ago & moved to Harbour Club. I feel as if I’ve been on a deluxe 3 year vacation !! I was here a year before a bulb burned out. Then this year the same bulb burned out & they replaced all in the kitchen track …Office is terrific & immediately responsive as is maintenance…"
"I've lived at Harbour Club for a year now and have nothing but great things to say!! The associates in the office are very nice and quick to respond. Their email communication is wonderful- they always email if something is going on that the residents need to know about- sometimes they even call! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are always kept up. If I report a maintenance issue, they are out within 24 hours if not that same day. Again, communication is great there too. I always get a call with an update. Its a very quite community as well which I really enjoy. I would recommend this complex to anyone! Will definitely be renewing my lease."
"Recommend these apartments to anyone. Lived here for a year and love it! This was my first apartment experience and I’m so glad I got the opportunity to live in these apartments. Kroger is right across the street, easy access to parks and restaurants and only about 10 minutes away from Austin Landing! Maintenance has fixed all my issues within the day of me putting in requests. Maintenance crew and office staff are always kind and helpful. Management is very good at communicating about issues and they usually send out a monthly news letter about what’s going on! You get discounts on pizza for living here on specific days and as of the last month they’ve been bringing in food trucks! The clubhouse is always clean and pool has never been too crowded for me. Never hear my neighbors and everyone I see around is very friendly. Cons: You can hear the main door downstairs shut loudly every time someone comes in the building. Main hallways smell kinda funny but you’re in there for 2 seconds so not that big of a deal. I have noticed mold grows really quickly on my bread and such here (like within 2 days of buying it) so might be a good idea to invest in a dehumidifier. Parking can get tight sometimes and you may have to park a building down or so. There is some nasty mildew that’s around the bathtub that doesn’t come off when you try to clean it. But I’m sure maintenance would be happy to fix it for you if you put in a request, I just haven’t cause it doesn’t bother me that much. Overall, no serious complaints, I have LOVED living here and am so sad to have to go!"
"I love living here! I moved here from a much larger city, and the move-in process was super easy. Everyone answered my questions and were very warm and welcoming. Additionally, the front office responds quickly and keeps things nice. Apartments are beautiful and updated. They’re priced very nicely for everything they offer. My apartment building is clean and very quiet. I’ve lived here for about four months and I have zero complaints."
