"Redwood homes Washington TWP I lived at for about 16 months. They said they were a smoke free community. I am deathly allergic to tobacco smoke and on oxygen at nighttime. Our next door neighbor was a chain smoker who was always smoking in their garage, and because the windows were poorly made the smoke came thru the cracks. I went to the hospital several times due to this. Also, huge ant issue.. at times I thought the ants should be paying my roommate and I rent. I would NOT recommend this place. A lot of places bundle when they charge such a high amount for rent. Redwood Communities do not bundle."

"When we were looking for a new home a little over a year ago, my wife and I visited several apartment neighborhoods and ultimately chose Redwood Washington Township and are so glad we did. One of the strongest factors in our decision was Property Manager, Kimberly Gross. She is so warm and friendly and very helpful with any questions or requests we might have. Kim's knowledge and experience are evident in the way she manages the property. She is on top of everything that needs attention and sees that any matter needing addressed is taken care of quickly and effectively. We also appreciate the things Kim does to bring residents together through fun events like summer barbecues and Valentine's Day sweet treats. Her energy and enthusiasm for Redwood is contagious, and she has made us feel right at home. We have been Redwood Washington Township residents for more than a year and plan to remain for the foreseeable future."

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, although we decided that the apartment is too pricey for or 2 year plan Ms. Kim still took time out of her busy day to explain and show us available properties. A+ 100% wish I could afford to be a resident at Redwood Washington Twnshp."
