"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.This place has the worst customer service I have ever had . They hung up on me when I was explaining why they shouldn’t have charged me for as they say dirty carpet. The maintenance couldn’t even copy a key correct, and they couldn’t fix the front door to keep the cold air out and spiders from crawling in. The oven never worked right even after supposedly fixing it. I left it cleaner then when I moved in. I know construction and this not how you fix it."
"I loved it here. I was so sad to leave but my job moved and I along with it. First the apartments are VERY nice for the Fairborn area. Not to mention the the townhomes (which I was a tenant of) are well taken care of and you get your own covered front porch that I would use to sit outside and read all year around. The laundry being on the second floor was so convenient. The unit is spacious and bright. The community grounds are clean and safe to walk with a nice water feature. My neighbors were nice and the staff always timely, friendly, and professional. If I ever find myself back in the Beavercreek, Yellow Springs, Fairborn area again this would definitely be my first pick. Thank you so much for the great experience here."
"Don’t do it, I lived here almost three years and they are rude and disrespectful. The apartment is not luxury at all, more than 1960 luxury. For $1000 it should be nicer, have more amenities but it doesn’t. My apartment was infested with spiders and they did nothing. My laundry room flooded my kitchen and they never checked for mold just put the light back up after a week. Any problem I had in my unit took them weeks to fix. The summer my ac went twice and they said it wasn’t a priority and I had to sleep downstairs because it was too hot upstairs. Rebecca's is nasty and rude. Lastly I turned my keys and I got three packages delivered to my apartment my friend went to go pick them up for me and they took them. I had to call the police and file a report. The packages somehow ended up inside the apartment and the items were gone. They only people who had access to the unit is the property staff and maintenance. They left the empty package bags but took the items and still denied that they took them even though the package paper was inside the locked apartment. Also for the amount of money you pay you would think they would try to update the unit and make the community nicer. Your car will more than likely get broken into. If you want to live here fine but if you are black there are different rules, like no dogs over 35lbs but plenty of white residents had dogs bigger than 60lbs. They will try to tell you those are service dog but I asked multiple of my neighbors and they said their dogs were not service dogs. So be careful with this community. You can find a nicer place for less money and better areas. Check englewood there are a lot of beautiful apartments there for cheaper"
"Love it here. Nice, quiet, and the price is nowhere near as expensive as other places that I have looked at. You get nice amenities, 2 pools, a gorgeous clubhouse to rent for events or get togethers, a 24-hour gym, tennis court, playground, relaxing pond, and a nice gazebo overlooking the pond. The staff in the office are great and try to do their best to help in any situation. With almost 500 units, the fact that the cops aren't constantly there for disturbances, car break-ins, or just disputes is so nice. You never see the cops here, and it's nice to relax when you get home from work . This place is so peaceful and pretty that it is a great place to relax and destress. People need to remember that these are lived in apartments and stop complaining about every little thing that isn't brand new for them. That's nonsense, and if you wanna pay double the price, then you can find somewhere that will give you new. These apartments are a little dated in terms of the thick old wallpaper that you still see in some of the units. But there is so much more you are provided to enjoy, and yet people wanna focus on the negative. Not evy1 is gonna be happy, but I also know that things can unintentionally fall thru the cracks and be missed. We are all human! For under a $1000/month, you can't find anything comparable to these."
"I've lived in these apartments with roommates for a year and maintenance would take about a week to actually show up if we kept bugging them, but otherwise good luck getting someone to come by to fix anything. Our A/C and dryer would randomly go out maybe once a month. Not to mention the spider and wasp infestation we'd been fighting since we moved in. Now I know several other tenants who never had issues like mine, but they would have their own things going on. Management is extremely unorganized and unprofessional, like speaking with you is the bane of their existence. Once I first moved in, I paid $60 for a holding fee so I could get my own unit once my lease was up. They took my money but didn't hold an apartment for me... so I will not be living here again and honestly there are cheaper apartments in the same area with better amenities."
