"Such a great place to live. Amazing neighbors and awesome staff. The area is beautiful and quiet... simply put its perfect; nice shopping and dining but not a lot of traffic. Tons of opportunities for entertainment and jobs are nearby. Biggest complaint is that I wish there were more resident events to meet other neighbors. Definitely recommend."

"We lived in our apartment for two years and loved it. We had wonderful neighbors and a beautiful location. We just moved out after purchasing a house. We have a well behaved cat that does not spray. We received a bill for 800$for carpet replacement. We discovered that if you have any history of having pets or suspicion of pets they will pull up your carpet to look for stains. If there are stains they will charge it against you. This happens even if there are no stains on the carpet visible upon move out. We just want people to know about this practice."
