"Insane..... I moved out of this apartment complex in September 2018. For some strange reason DP&L charged me for services months AFTER I moved out. Initially I paid the balance, thinking I mistakenly forgot but, after remembering I had already moved out (proof of this on my lease) I contacted the apartment complex. The apartment complex confirmed that yes I had moved out months before but, that I am responsible for paying the utility bill that they themselves ran up (no one had moved in after me) given I did not confirm with DP&L that I moved out. I did indeed advise DP&L that I had moved out and it was a mistake on DP&L's end for not changing that in their system. I forwarded proof of my SDS statement to DP&L but, they refuse to credit me back. DP&L said to have the apartment complex reimburse me for paying a bill that belonged to Stonehenge Apartments. I requested reimbursement from Stonehenge Apartments but, they said, "No." They are happy with me paying their bills..... For Stonehenge apartments to stick me with a $240 utility bill, knowingly, AFTER I responsibly moved out just speaks to how this company is managed....Insane."
"Decent neighborhood for what it is. But whenever you have a question, might as well go up to the property managers and talk directly, because they for sure will not answer the phone at all, nor will they return a call 90 percent of the time! Lived here for over 2.5 years and they have only answered when I called once!"
