"If I could give 0 stars I would. They are nothing but money hungry and don’t do half of what they’re supposed to. The property manager is insanely disrespectful and rude, and will tell you one thing then do another. Someone had written a review about an eviction that happened to a newly postpartum woman, and the owner is trying to say they were compassionate, kind and patient when they in fact weren’t. This girl just had her second child with very little to no help, and a lot of the kids stuff got left behind. The property manager, and the deputies were both impatient and rude. Let alone all the issues that were in that apartment from the day she moved in. She nearly had an electrical fire in her apartment due to one of the outlets sparking and sizzling and the maintenance came in for not even 5 minutes and said if it happened again to call them back, and couldn’t even get them back out for a couple days to get the issue fixed, all while having a 2 year old in the home and having nowhere else to go. I strongly suggest that if you want an apartment to not live here because there will be nothing but issues, and you will deal with disrespect and rudeness the entire time from the property manager. Don’t let the owner or manager lie."

"i understand the point of evictions, and i’m not saying the eviction was unnecessary, but the way my friend and her sister were treated by the cops and the property manager WHILE BEING NEWLY POSTPARTUM was absolutely ridiculous… she had just left the hospital on monday. the lack of concern or even slight compassion to not allow her to even grab her stuff or give them a little leadway on being a bit slow was uncalled for."

"I’ve waited awhile to leave a bad review because I try to be understanding about what maintenance & management are capable of helping with and what they aren’t. However when we first moved in two years ago they tried to call the day of to ask us if we could push the move in date to another day after we had already loaded up our stuff into a uhaul. We were told we would have keys by 10am that morning and didn’t get our keys until almost 2pm and were forced to move our things into our apartment in pouring rain. The reason? Because the cleaning crew hadn’t cleaned our apartment yet. So we obviously said no we cannot push back the date we are already in the process of moving our things. We waited until they finished “cleaning” the apartment and walked into soaking wet carpets which mind you still had food on it from the previous tenant. A few weeks into living here we encountered black mold in the bathroom, I was pregnant and we had a 5 year old living here, so I called to ask to have something done about that and they slapped a cover right on top the black mold… fast forward a bit and our a/c goes out. Fair enough it happened but we had it go out SEVERAL times and each time they came by and did a patch job on it before finding out later after multiple maintenance orders being put in that OH the hoses/piping for the a/c needed completely replaced. Shocker. Then we had a lovely interaction with cockroaches in our apartment that had travelled over from the next apartment after they had been doing extermination. Did they come to us and say “we need to spray your apartment as the one next to you is being treated” no. I had to call and complain about them to get the exterminator out for the exterminator to tell me “oh yeah they will run over to the surrounding apartments after treating each one” …. Mmk. So November comes around and our garbage disposal goes out, from November to now we have put in at least 5/6 orders for it to be fixed and every time they come by and do patchwork on it again. It is still broken and causes water back up in our sinks. We have lived here for two years and in the first year we’re told we would get new doors and door frames because every single time it rains water and puddles of it gets into our apartment and just sits on our floors. The maintenance have even pointed out the damage to the sub floors underneath! Lol the draft through the doors throughout the winter was absolutely ridiculous and caused our heating bill to skyrocket just so we could keep our apartment warm. To put it simply we have had the absolute WORST experience with this apartment complex no matter how understanding you try to be they constantly show how little they care about you and the state of your apartment. We will be leaving in June thankfully."

"Tldr: Don't sign anything until you see the apartment you're moving into and make sure to bring a phone charger to check all the outlets and electric. - 10/10 maintenance / 5/10 move in experience After meeting maintenance, they are very polite and quick to respond. When I moved in basically half the outlets didn't work, with handwritten dates on them the day before my move in. They have responded to every work order within 2 days, and were able to fix a couple outlets right away. I have to imagine they weren't given enough time to check everything and get it fixed before they pushed a tenant in, which I do not blame the maintenance for at all. 10/10 for maintenance. I do blame the office for a rushed move in experience mostly because the apartment wasn't ready. Not the individual I worked with getting in, but the process itself."

"we have been living here for almost a year now and this place is so great. management truly does care about their tenants and wants to make sure that everything is going according to plan. Maintenance is also so wonderful. we have experienced some issues as anyone else would when living in any sort of home. they are always there for us to fix the issue. i love this community that i am apart of and i never want to go!! i spoke with Samantha about renewing our lease for this upcoming year because again we just absolutely love it here, she was so kind and thanked me for the wonderful review that I was giving to her about living here. If anyone wants to live somewhere where all of your needs will be met in a timely manner of course please Lease here!! I promise anyone that they will not be let down! thank you Arlington for doing such a great job at keeping your tenants happy!!"
