"I lived here for 4 years while in college, it was affordable until rent kept raising every year and I wasn’t understanding why. We had a few run ins but in the end the property manager made sure my requests were fulfilled. It’s a nice and quiet area where you can feel comfortable at night if you live alone. The maintenance man was awesome! He was the nicest one who worked there! He was always there fast an got the job done quick. Overall I had a good experience for what was needed at that time."

"I rented @ Charles for the better part of three years. Spacious & conveniently located, would how I’d describe their apartments. Also, Charles is well managed. One of the benefits of this being, all my maintenance needs were performed in a timely & efficient manner."

"I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. It is NOT a "very clean community" when everyone throws their trash everywhere and the night "manager" is too lazy to clean on a regular basis. Rent increases every 6 months. 2 junk washers and dryers that you share with others that don't clean up after themselves. Cops called at least once a month to this location. Maintenance is on top of things but the apartments are overpriced for no amenities offered. Manager consistently has a know-it-all attitude and does NOT keep an open mind about ANYTHING and acts like everyone is out to rip her off or something. She had no clue of real struggle and puts you in the mind of a super. Again, save the hassle and go somewhere else.......don't say I didn't warn you."
