There six tenants currently filing Federal Law Suits against Focus for predatorial racial and discriminatory practice, predatorial discrimination acts in violation of 24 Code Federal Regulations, Fair Housing Act, Consumer Protection Acts, Fraud et seq., misrepresentation, inducement and negligence, further, violation of Low Income Housing Tax Credit [LIHTC] and HUD Regulation's. There practices includes threatening, coercive and intimidating tactics therein and under there new practices and policies her at formally known as The Voyageur Apartment now called The Legend stay tune the federal laws suit shall be posted beware of Focus Property Management."

"I felt the pictures on the site didn't properly represent the property. The staff was less professional than I'd have liked, shouting answers to my questions from other rooms, as opposed to coming out to speak to me. I didn't even get a chance to see the fitness center due to renovations - not a huge problem, but that's one thing I'm looking for in a complex. When I asked about washer and dryer hookups, I was told to use the laundromat across the street. This started as the top apartment on my walk-thru list, and shot to the bottom right after my visit."
