"Where to start, this was my husbands and my first place together. We moved out two years ago and are now not able to move to a new place because Windsor terrace filed an eviction. The confusing part is we were never notified of an eviction, we paid our entire lease agreement and even a later fee to fix the carpet, which did not need fixed. When I called to ask about the eviction I was told they changed management and had no record of our eviction or even that we lived there in the first place. We were told months in a row that we had not paid our rent and when we presented our money order receipts and video evidence of us putting our payment in the office door, we were ignored and treated as if nothing had happened. And not to mention they were going through new management when we moved in and again a year later when we moved out and apparently again two years later."

"So far I have worked with Ashley for my pervious apartment before the tornado hit our apartment complex. She has been so generous to me and very helpful. When I mention an issue she had someone come quick to fix my issue. So far so good. I have experienced someone parking in my spot that was assigned so I patiently parked behind them so I could find out who the person was so I can let them know that I do live in that apartment that’s assigned to that parking spot. Assuming they probably want use to someone living there. I’m sorry about y’all past experiences but as long as it’s not shooting, fighting, break ins and anything that can harm my little one, I will be able to by pass all the mess."

"When they can't charge you rent for a month after your lease is over, they TRY to charge you $1665 (yes that is correct) in repairs,not knowing you have video and emails verifications for damaged appliances they installed. This has officially become harassment and I guess I'll be seeing you in court. It would be in ones best interest to NEVER move here. Moved out the end of August 2018. Gave the keys one the 1of September. They want to charge me for September. When you start asking logical questions and she can tell you're not stupid,she yells at you and threaten to call the police. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Moisture levels so high, mushrooms grow in the carpet. Parking area not safe. Drug transactions getting out of hand.Constantly changing property managers and rules without notice. You have to pay rent face to face ( no longer in the drop-box) yet you don't know when the manager will be in the office. The gentleman before me said he had been waiting for about 3hrs. Roof is leaking and I now have the toxic pleasure of the smell of crack and marijuana wafting through my apartment."

"Living here was a terrible experience. The units are old and outdated. Neighbors are loud. The smell of marijuana comes through vents into your apartment. The parking is horrible, people park in your parking space. The apartment manager is very rude and nasty. Maintenance requests for work orders are not completed. I would rate the place with zero stars if possible. Do not expect to get your deposit back after finally moving out I received an outrageous bill for bogus costs and charges. Anyone would be better homeless than living here"

"I would give it 0 stars if possible. Property management is a group of con artists with absolutely zero integrity. They never fix anything when requested, and will steal your deposit after move out. We spent days cleaning and painting the apartment for them to turn over to a new tenant, and only to be sent a bill far exceeding the costs of any imaginable work that may have needed done. The place was nothing but a headache. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
