"We’ve been without postal service for over three months because management will not replace the post boxes that were knocked down during a storm. They think it’s an agreeable alternative to tell their tenants to fetch their mail at the local post office when many of us work through the post offices limited hours. All this and they refuse to discount our rent until this amenity is returned since 2/3 of the complex still have theirs operational. “No hidden fees.” I’ve been hit with every hidden fee I could dream of since signing my lease. Renters insurance, shared utilities, utility fees set my the management company and not the provider. All of this when they get you to sign. As for the snow storm we’re in right now? They plowed the center on the roadways, pushing the snow to barricade us all in. They didn’t shovel access ways for the cars and they didn’t salt the road or the walking paths. When asked to fix it, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. A logical first thought would be to call the plowing company to come back and do a better job. What are we paying for except to be taken advantage of at every turn."
