"Absolutely love our apartment and the community. It is an apartment community so with that are the typical apartment annoyances (upstairs neighbor that really does not know how to live on a second floor #terriblebassguitarist #walkslikeanelephant) and community members that do not know how to put their own trash into the compactor but that’s not on the property management team, that’s just humans being terrible. The layouts are great, I love having a garage so close to my front door and the amenities are well maintained! Highly recommend!"

"The entire apartment buildings are made of thin walls with barely any isolation. At times you can hear your neighbors or their pets. With that being said the clubhouse is poorly moderate with at times, no equipment to actually play with. The gym at times is slippery so you have to be careful while walking. There's always a risk you might fall and hit your head on a metal part of the equipment. The printer is only open during clubhouse office hours and sometimes the staff closes the place even when it's supposed to be open."

"This is by far one of the best Property Management Companies I’ve been with in the past 20+ years! The manager, Brandon is always on top of it, meaning, I never had a property manager get back to me at such a reasonable time with sufficient answers as him and his kind staff (yep, that’s you Tallene! ☺️) Most are always curious about how maintenance is. So far up to par! Cole and Andrew seem to be on top of it. Thank you staff at Jerome Grand **Oh and might add no staff changes as of yet! **"

"Great place to live. We got lucky and moved in while it was being built so the wife got to pick out cabinets and countertop. Our apartment also faced the farm shop that added a coffee shop/bakery. Staff is amazing and really they make the place work. Carpet seemed pretty cheap and of course the trash situation isn’t great (although the other residents don’t help with that at all. I mean hit the button when you put trash in!) I’ve recommended the community to several other friends and I will continue to. Brandon you and your staff do a great job!"

"Really fantastic place to live! Commute is easy to get to 33 & 270, great access to Historic Dublin, too. Townhomes are a good size with plenty of insulation between buildings to cut down on noise. Great sized gym and pool area, consistent food truck nights throughout the warmer months and the staff is very very friendly and helpful!"
