"I have been living here for ten years and I love it. Never had an issue with any resident or any manager at these apartments. I love the fact my kids feels safe staying in our home and I love how maintenance takes care of any issue that we have in a timely manner. Also I love how they keep the lots clean and does an amazing job with keep the lawns looking nice. Management is very nice and friendly helps out when needed. Living in Foxrun is a very safe place and a great community to live in."

"I can’t give my apartment complex enough stars. The complex is clean and safe. I haven’t had any issues and I’ve been here almost a year. My appliances work and the staff is great. The leasing agent Prisca, is easy to communicate with and super helpful! It’s the best apartment complex in Trotwood, OH."
"I love living here. We have been here for over 3 years now. It is quiet and very safe. The office is great to talk to and is understanding. Also, the maintenance staff always make sure things are fixed in a timely manner!! I wish there was either a community room, clubhouse or small fitness center. The soccer goals are great but it would be nice for the kids to have something to do. But overall, I have no complaints."
