"My name is Tenisha I called for help because myself and my kids are homeless and both Matt and Cadena refused to help me, the lady and Matt was extremely rude the lady Cadena is holding a personal grudge against me because I use to work with her daughter, Matt is just following Cadena he’s not helping and so now she’s refusing to help I called the shelters they told me they was full and it nothing they can do I called extended housing back and they told basically said oh well if the shelter is full it’s nothing they can do so now me and my kids are left to sleep in our car I’ve been trying to get help from every service in Painesville but I keep getting turned away from everybody from every service that was supposed to be put in place to help"
"The people who work there are very nice and concerned about your well-being."
"THIS PLACE CAN AND DOES HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE! I HAVE SOME CONCERNS WITH MANAGEMENT, WHICH ARE BEING ADDRESSED."
"An apartment complex on Marion ave in Painesville is owned by REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES LLC aka Mr. RIchard Tibbitts . Mr Tibbitts is an Emeritus Board Member of Extended Housing. Drive past this apartment after a heavy rain or anyday in the wintertime and you will see that some of the sidewalks leading to people's front doors are under inches of water. EVERY TIME IT RAINS THEY GET WET FEET. This is a ongoing problem which has been pointed out to the owner and his maintenance man for the last two winters. People who live there are afraid to complain about this out of fear of being kicked out. You should be ashamed of yourself for making Tennant's live like this. I hope every board member reads this post and drives thru after a heavy rain or snow and sees this firsthand. The way you manage this property really tarnishes a otherwise excellent organization."
