"UPDATE: Is currently under new management. They have paved the parking lot, painted the outside, replaced the dumpster enclosures, are renovating apartments as people move out,and FINALLY gotten rid of the broken down geometric climbing dome that was a hazard. Looks like this place is getting the much deserved attention it has needed for a long time. My rating will go from 1 star to 3. Way to go new management!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Management is horrendous, never contacts you when you have questions for them, they're only there to collect money. Just step into their office and the cleanliness of it should tell you enough about how they run business. WATER bills are OUTRAGEOUS! Maintenance man is good. The complex and playground is falling apart yet they put in landscaping with hostas that they never took care of. Roach issues even though there is maintenance spraying. Dog feces in most of the larger grass areas so kids can't play there safely. ALSO, NEVER RENT FROM CONNERS COURT. They're the same way. I saw where a man went in for a scheduled appointment to look at a one bedroom apartment and the lady had not a clue what he was talking about. I heard almost the whole conversation before I walked out. The lady wouldn't give him any information until he filled out an application and paid the fee. The renters who are renting based upon income, their rent will be going up after their lease expires. I don't rent from either of these complexes, this is just what I've seen being there and visiting with someone. Such a scam, scummy, and sad way of conducting business."

"Mold everywhere! When brought to management’s attention winded was sprayed on said mold. Ants are everywhere no matter how clean everything is kept. Management does nothing. Water damage from a leak above apartment never taken care of. Management is friendly but lazy! Can’t wait to move!"

"Water bill is extremely. high. So is electricity."

"The apartments are nice, but management sucks. Constantly saying they'll fix something but never do. When you bring something to their attention the answer you always get is "there's nothing I can do". But God forbid if you're late on rent by a few days the eviction notice goes up right away. Pitiful."

"This is not a bad place to live people are friendly! However management is highly rude and disrespectful. Things do not get fixed properly. Mold everywhere. The maneger will not take care of it. The owners nor the manager seem to care if the ceiling falls on your kid and let’s it go for a month and causes another child to get sick cause they left the ceiling exposed and then halfway fixed it. This place is falling apart. They do not have morals or values they only care about collecting your rent and outrageous water bill."
