"When I picked up our tent everyone was very nice and easy to work with, BUT they did not give us the ropes for the tent so my husband had to cut ropes in order to get the tent to stand up! You would think for the price they charge it would have the necessary ropes. When my husband returned the tent and told them he had to cut ropes to stake the tent they did nothing but say they were sorry about that."

"Terrible Service – do not recommend this company Issues: • Difficult to reach, slow to respond. • Messed up our order – we did not receive tablecloths. Ended up with three different colors and a lot of stress trying to get those! • Tent was crowded - too small for our numbers • Tables were in bad repair and ugly. You could feel the worn, rough wood through the table coverings. Very disappointing! • Chair legs were rusty and some did not work. • We had to use our own gas for the generator because little to none was delivered. I made several attempts, one even in person, to try to resolve these issues with the company. I ask for the owner to please call me to no avail. I have not received one return phone call or any other attempt to discuss these issues. This was a very expensive rental for my daughter’s wedding. I was not happy with the products and especially not happy with the service. I do not recommend this company due to the lack of customer service."

"Dawn Harr was fabulous in that she spent a lot of time helping me decide what I needed and even stopped by with samples. She gave detailed recommendations that made our wedding tables have just the look we were after. Randy put up the tent and he took a lot of time making sure it was placed in just the right spot. He was professional and the tent was very secure. It could have easily withstood high winds that we usually have at our home. I would rent from them again!"
