"This is a mess of an apartment complex, no one every available for anything and the office is always closed when it states it should be open, this is not a place to live with people that just don’t know how to operate it. 9 am is 9 am, the office is still closed"
"We have lived here under two managers. The first team was a joke. The managers now are wonderful. Things are well maintained, problems are addressed quickly, they go above and beyond to work with you."
"We have friends that live at Whispering Pines and I have loved visiting there. The entire place is surrounded by woods, so it's like going to the country but it's right down the road from shopping and dining. (Yay!) The neighbors are always so friendly and we've met the managers - they're really nice. If we ever move to Bellfontaine, this is definitely where we'll be."
"Quiet community, decent homes. Some what old so bathrooms are old worn and kind of gross. Management is nice, maintenance is a bit "half-assish" three bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath no washer dryer hook up $635/m going up to 700... Maybe best deal in town. 3 stars could be better..."
