Any time I have a question, concern or request, the property manager will take the time to listen to me and do her best to assist me. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance requests are always promptly addressed. While I am not a fan of apartment living, I love my apartment and the management."

"I was a resident of this apartment complex for two years. I have lived at three different apartment complexes in my twenties, and I have not had such a good experience as I did with Berkshire hills. Their apartments are super nice, the grounds are well kept, the neighbors are very nice and keep to themselves, and the maintenance crew gets on stuff pretty quickly. There are always things you can complain about, but as for me, the price point and quality of these apartments outweighs any complaints that I had. If you're a good tenant, and you pay rent on time and mind your business, this is the perfect apartment complex! Very satisfied over two years living there."

"My fiance was hired there as a contractor. He did 12 hour days sometimes and put in a lot of effort. Before he even started he showed David, I believe his name is, (whoever owns the place) his prices and David said they were ok. Well, after a month of working without receiving any money my fiance asked when he was getting paid. They then told him his prices were too expensive and would only give him half. We really had no other choice than to accept that because we needed money asap for bills. David even made him sign a paper saying we won't take him to court...like he knows he is screwing us over. We budgeted for the amount we were expecting to get paid and got screwed. My fiance quit of course. It's very wrong and sneaky how they had him do all this work and then decided they would only pay him half. The place is so unorganized. They only have 1 maintenance person and refuse to hire more. Lol Anyways, just warning fellow contractors that this place likes to screw you into doing free work. Beware!"
