"New management are absolutely outrageous! No regard for people who are handicap, or disabled. Rent would increase to $200.00 a month if you don't sign a lease. A new stove, refrigerator is not worth it. They still have drugs going on! People group together no masks during this time of Covid. Police always out for some reason or another. You don't want to rent from these people. Bad news. I give them zero ratings."
