Pine Ridge Apartments

"Don’t waste your time going here I went with a friend to view the units as the website displays grey floors & stainless steel updated units. We went to see units and asked where are the units like the pictured & were told that there are NO UNITS that look like that and the pictures posted on the website they have been trying to get taken down this was 2 months ago and they are still up. I think they do this to just get ppl to come in. The apartments are not up to date so don’t waste your time unless you want old dark/brown carpet, old windows and cream/white refrigerators. Even the condos in the back that are $1700+ was raggedy I couldn’t believe my eyes. Go downtown as you can get a updated unit for what these scammers are charging."

"Poor management. Garbage constantly everywhere! Animal feces all over the place. Washer and dryers never work. Have to go building to building to even get your laundry card loaded. The new owner is too much of a coward to even talk to you himself if there’s a problem. Even asked to speak with him directly about a problem and kept sending the poor ladies at the desk to try and solve the issue. I highly recommend NOT SIGNING a lease here. You will immediately regret your decision."

"Since Casey has been hired things have greatly improved. The buildings are clean, elevators and public areas are clean and there is Definitely and noticeable difference. I'm sure it is hard to get good help as is the way of the world now. Nonetheless, these apartments at one time had such a wonderful reputation and employees like Casey are very instrumental in bringing that reputation back. Now, if you could only get the tenants to understand and appreciate the work that goes into these buildings hopefully it will stay that way. Linda"

"Dirty buildings, elevators never work, paper thin walls, maintenance requests have taken weeks to get done, and very overpriced. Would not recommend living here, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."

"I have been a Pine Ridge resident for three years now but have been an avid visitor for 20+. Some things have changed around the place but one thing I have to commend is the grounds work and maintenance team. I always see Jeff around the complex picking up trash and carting around old appliances. Quick response time when I have a maintenance issue but honestly, the issues have been minimal. I am very pleased."
