"Used to love living here. Ever since the new owners took over it turned down hill. My whole building smells like cat piss and weed. Rude trashy people live here now. And the pool isn’t open ever. The pool was one of the reasons I moved in so I’m paying for an empty hole in the ground."

"I'm currently four months into my one year lease which I will not be renewing. First the positives; property Manger is awesome, units themselves are laid out beautifully and the courtyard is very spacious. Also they allow bigger dogs which is a plus considering I have one:) Now the negative. Walls and ceilings in the units are paper thin, every noise or step a person makes you will hear it. I live on the second floor and my neighbors above and below are disrespectful, loud individuals. One thing they don't tell you is that the entirety of the Owens community college basketball team lives on site. If you can get a top floor apartment take it but anything else is just not worth the price. East toledo is just a few short blocks and this place is charging Perrysburg rent!! Looks can be deceiving so don't let the building with office be the standard by which you judge. The other buildings common hallways are not nearly as nice..."

"I love and hate this place at the same time. I love how clean and kept the property is. Maintenance is great, punctual, and dependable. On site laundry. Small gym and pool. Dog park. Property manager is awesome. Units are descent. Great closet space for this price range. Now, my hate. I've been here for 6 months now, have another 6 months to go. I won't be renewing my lease for 1 major reason. The noise. I'm on the second floor. The noise is absolutely ridiculous. Now I realize there will be noise in any apartment, this is different. This is a deliberate "I don't give a crap about anyone around me" attitude. I can hear everything from the unit below me. Their tv, their music, even them talking. This is a combination of them being extremely loud and inconsiderate, and poor insulation between units. All hours of the day and night. I'm currently writing this at 2 am because I can't sleep from hearing their tv. I have 2 fans on for noise. I have reported this issue many times to the management, nothing can be done. They say to call the police. 1 the police will not do anything if they can't hear it from the hallway, but at 2am they have their bedroom tv on, which is not audible from the hall (only my bedroom above) 2 When on in living room they keep blinds open and a soon as they see a police vehicle in the lot, they turn the noise down, then back up when they leave, so then the reporting person just looks like a big trouble maker. 3 the local police really don't like being bothered about noise complaints. When I called, they seemed really annoyed. I understand they have much more important things to do and honestly I feel like it shouldn't be their job to keep the residents of an apartment complex under control. But that's just my opinion. This place could be great, if they bothered to insulate the floors and walls better, and if you don't get stuck with crappy neighbours. I want to love this place, I really do. But day after day of listening to other people's blatant disregard for anyone else around them, has made me despise it."
