"This is my 6 month here and I have no complaints! They keep the property clean and I love the pet friendly environment! The maintenance is fast and gets things done on the first call. I appreciate my packages are safe and secure in each of our own buildings! The neighbors are friendly and I haven’t heard any drama or excessive noise. Right next to the highway so getting around is easy, and there are lots of parks in walking distance! My only complaint is that floors are a bit squeaky and the walls are a bit then. But this is so far the best apartment I’ve been in since moving back to Cleveland!"

"I’m guessing the past reviews are from previous management, this is my 3 month living here and I love it! Very diverse and friendly community! Cynthia is great and gets back to tenants within the business day if you have any request or questions. Shawn and the maintenance team are awesome and have help out a few time in my apartment. This is my first apartment and I have to say, my only two complaints is that I can hear my neighbors upstairs and the parking lot needs to be redone. Other than that, this is a pretty good place to stay for the price range."

"Lots of ants and the place will tell you it’s because you live in the basement that this is occurring. They do lots of things for quick fixes but aren’t willing to work with regarding rent. This is more than a basement issue why are ants like this in my tub"

"Do not rent from Bay Club/GMS management. They make fraudulent claims against past residents. I was a resident of Bay Club for 3 years. Never late on rent. Never had a issue. Move out inspection went without any issues or damage. All forms were filled out with Jola (Apartment manager) and forwarding contact information provided. Now 6 months later GMS Managment is filing a claim against me for $213.08 unpaid rent! They claim there was carpet damage AFTER the move out inspection. They are crooks and do not rent from them! They will be hearing from my legal council. {Attached you can see my original rating of 3 out of 5 due to just being on the 3rd floor}"
