"Management is nice, and has been accommodating to tenants. The property is undergoing a few changes and renovations, but maintenance makes sure things get completely smoothly and in a timely manner. The property has a laundry facility, and the 1-bedrooms are very nice and come with a balcony or a patio. I also like the studios, and although personally I would need more room as I have a lot of belongings, the studio units are great for people needing a place to lay their head who don’t have a lot of things. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who likes the downtown life, as it’s minutes away from so many cool places in downtown Toledo!"

"In my experience, I enjoyed living there (2016) - nice apartments that are affordable, cool management - doors to individual apartments are very easy to get into so always make sure that you look your top locks - neighborhood isn't the best or worse - I did hear that drugs were a lil heavy out there, but it didn't seem that bad to me. When I was living there I also found that it was pretty cool to be able to pay your rent online."

"The management staff is very understanding. When my car broke down, they gave me ample time to park in their lot and get my situation worked out. Very nice people."
