"If I could give this place negative stars I could. How do I even start this? Slumlords? Landlord special? Moldy palace? Unsafe and unfriendly? The amount of mold in these apartments is outrageous. I became sick from the amount of mold that was in my apartment. Not only did the landlords not do anything, the continued to blame us. Let’s continue out of the mold with the fact the doors don’t lock. You wake up to homeless people sitting in your lobby. Not only do the back doors not lock but neither do the front doors. When brought to management’s attention the story was always changing. “We don’t have the parts,” “We’re looking for the right person to fix them.” Excuses after excuses. Continuing with the list of problems experienced at this place, there’s cracks in every single wall in this building. The flooring is coming up. Not only were these brought to management’s attention but they were disregarded. How do they let children live in these conditions? Let alone anyone including pets."

"Lived here for a year. Very quiet place everyone keeps too themselves maintenance. Very quick as long as you follow apartment guidelines of filling a request. This was my first apartment. Would definitely recommend."

"My little daughters and I have been staying here for over a year. Everything has been great! Anytime I have ever had a maintenance issue, which hasn't happened a lot, they have been quick to act. The portal is super easy to use too. My daughters love the pool and the gym is really nice as well. They really go out of their way with guest events, giveaways and food trucks. I laugh when I read the poor reviews and am astonished at the level of entitlement. No place is perfect and this place is BY FAR one of the nicest and most accommodating. I have had an excellent experience!"

"Me and my partner had already heard poor things about this place but it seemed nice online and wanted to give them a chance. We were scheduled for a 6:30 appointment tonight and had confirmed it AN HOUR BEFORE since we saw that the office closed at 6. After getting thrown through loops for 10 minutes we finally got through to someone who was less than helpful. Central office told us there was nothing they could do since they closed at six. Wasn’t able to provide any answer to why they would schedule it after hours or why it was confirmed."
