"Really disappointed to learn Steve, the head of maintenance, is no longer with Owens Lake Commons. Steve's responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work has been a significant component in my family's decision to continue renting here the last few years despite significant year over year increases to rent and inconsistent levels of service from the front office staff. Steve has provided consistency and stability across frequently reoccurring front office staff turn over. The townhouse we rent is spacious but dated and very energy inefficient. Overall it's a nice family oriented community, but many of the amenities are poorly maintained or not maintained at all."
