"Had issues for 2 days after moving in last spring with weather and bad luck. The office staff and emergency crew were quickly on top of things and were wonderful and friendly to deal with. I love my new home. It's quiet, cozy and very clean. The units are older, and have lots of character, but need some updating as far as cabinets windows and downspouts. They come with all new flooring, new appliances and freshly painted. Very nice. Great location, and neighborhood. Very happy overall and a great place make your own. I would recommend to anyone."

"Every year they say that the pool will be open by Memorial Day and it never is. This has been going on since 2014 and again this year the pool is not open and its June 17th. They always have an excuse. Maintenance sucks they really dont fix things in a timely manner. AC unit is to small to cool the hole unit so we had to by AC units for upstairs. When our lease is up we will be moving."

"This apartment was never cleaned before I moved in. My feet are literally black on the bottom from walking on the carpet. My air conditioning broke and the maintenance guy was to lazy to want to change it so he yelled at me about it. The handle pulled out of pantry door and maintenance said they had to "think" about how to fix it. I fixed it myself. The lock on my mail box remained broke after three complaints and I found my mail on the floor daily. My neighbor smokes cigars and smell travels into my apartment. I said something to manager and nothing done. The old air conditioner they took out was left in our laundry room and still remains there. Staff is very rude. I feel like I am living a nightmare. Definitely do NOT recommend living here."
