Like most other apartment communities in the greater Bucyrus/Upper Sandusky area, nobody ever picks up the phone... you get a recorded message that tells you to leave your information and they'll call you back. (Spoiler: They won't). I actually drove up to their office after work one day... lights were on and a vehicle was sitting out front, but no one responded to repeated knocks on the door. These guys are like the wind..."

"Horrible place to rent an apartment! This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. If anything is broken don’t expect it to get fixed. Groups of kids run up and down the stairs/ parents don’t care, neither does the landlord- which, by the way, they can’t keep a landlord which is a red flag. Going into the unit is disgusting, lots of bugs and overall very dirty. We moved in without closet doors and the whole 4 years I was there, they said they would come install ones but they don’t. They say they’ll fix your stuff and they don’t do it. There was water damage under the sinks because they refused to fix it. If you like screaming kids running around, stuff not getting fixed, and a landlord who is bad at their job, this is the place to go. Also they refused to give me my security deposit. And not to mention it stinks of cigarettes."
